PHOTO: Base celebrates Fire Prevention Week
From left, Tinker Fire and Emergency Services Lieutenants Jason Culver and Jeff Briley demonstrate a high angle pick-off rescue off of the ladder truck which was raised 50 feet in the air at the Base Exchange on Oct. 8. Lieutenant Briley rappelled to Lieutenant Culver, who was acting in the victim role, to “pick off,” or transfer him, from his rope onto Lieutenant Briley’s rescue rope.
