Sweet deal

Andrew Von Werner was the winner of a Smart Car giveaway sponsored by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service and Promotion in Motion, the maker of Welch’s Fruit Snacks. During the Nov. 12 ceremony, papers were signed and keys handed over to Mr. Von Werner, a Vietnam veteran and retired Navy petty officer first class, by Jim Finelli, vice president of sales for Promotion in Motion, and Brenda Hyland, Tinker Air Force Base Exchange general manager.
