Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex Commander Brig. Gen. Mark Johnson presents the Exemplary Civilian Service Award to Mr. Kevin O’Connor, former OC-ALC vice director, during his April 8 farewell reception at The Assembly in Bldg. 9001. After a 21-year civil service career with the United States Air Force, Mr. O’Connor has accepted a Senior Executive Service position with the Federal Aviation Administration. The ceremony also consisted of a friendly “roast” from Wade Wolfe, chief of the OC-ALC Business Operations Office, and a presentation of gifts from OC-ALC squadron directors.
