Safety first land and air

Senior Airman Cassie Starr, with the 72nd Security Forces Squadron, and Master Sgt. Ricky Carroll, with the 552nd Safety Office, assist Jerry Joyner, from the 552nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, while he tries to walk a straight line while wearing a pair of “drunk goggles.” The goggles blur the wearer’s normal vision to simulate vision as if intoxicated. The 72nd SFS’ demonstration was a part of the May 26 Safety Fair in Bldg. 230. Several base organizations, such as the Health and Wellness Center, Family Advocacy, the Tinker Fire Department and Base Safety had booths at the fair to hand out information and discuss different aspects of safety.
