VQ-3 ceremony

Sailors assigned to Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron Three sit in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific Chapel before the dedication of the TACAMO Veterans Monument in honor of the 40th anniversary of VQ-3 Crew 4 crash off Wake Island.
