Maclain Cosby, 72nd Force Support Squadron, leads a briefing at the Profession of Arms Center of Excellence (PACE) "Leadership Gold Workshop at the Gen. James E. Hill Conference Center July 20. Cosby, along with Wakita Oliver and Bryan Kaut, make up the Tinker Airmanship Team and attended the Dr. John C. Maxwell training at Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, to be able to bring it to members of the 72nd Air Base Wing and Team Tinker.
