Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex Commander Brig. Gen. Christopher Hill presided over the 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group's Change of Leadership ceremony in which Robert Helgeson relinquished leadership to Col. Abigail Ruscetta. The ceremony was held at the Hollywood and Vine area of Bldg. 3001 July 27. Ruscetta will be responsible for a workforce of approximately 1,600 personnel and $1.5 billion in facilities and equipment and will direct the repair of engines and major engine assemblies for the F-15, F-16, E-3, E-6, E-8, B-1, B-2, B-52, KC/RC-135, F-22 and C-17 aircraft supporting Air Force and Navy workloads.
