Members of the African American Heritage Council, members of Team Tinker and students from Tinker Elementary’s 5th Grade Leadership Council marched from the corner of Twining Dr. and McNarney Ave. to the Tinker Chapel for Dr. Martin Luther King Day, a federal holiday observed the third Monday of January each year.
