AFSC Spotlight: Meet Rhonda England Ms. England works for Dale Rogers Training Center as a custodial lead. She started working at Tinker two years ago as a janitor. She said her favorite part of the job is working with people and especially loves working with those with disabilities. England is a mom of two and has six grandchildren. Her favorite times are those she gets to spend with her grandchildren and the ones spent in church.
