Meagan Totaro, Amescha Lemley and Rachel Fox, pre-toddler program assistants from Child Development Center South, await the arrival of their students and families during a Month of the Military Child Parade April 16, 2020. The teachers were among those from the three Tinker CDCs and Youth Center who participated in the inverse drive-thru parade at CDC South. The parade gave children and their families the opportunity to drive through the pickup loop and wave at their teachers who were holding colorful signs and giving the children words of encouragement and support. The Month of the Military Child is celebrated in April as a way to recognize military children for their resiliency and sacrifices they make. (U.S. Air Force photo/Kelly White)
