Airman Nelson, with the 72nd Security Forces Squadron, joined the Air Force in September 2019. She likes to read and spend time with her husband when she’s not on duty. Her main duty is controlling the entering and exiting of all vehicles and personnel onto the installation while working at the Tinker gates. Nelson says safety and security of the base’s personnel and installation’s assets are the most important part of her job.
