Carroll Dobbs

Beginning his career in the Air Force by joining the 72nd Security Forces in 1972, Carroll Dobbs has had an extensive 50-year career in engineering at Tinker Air Force Base. As director of the 38th Engineering Squadron within the 38th Cyber Engineering Installation Group, Dobbs works with his team on engineering projects around the world. (Courtesy)
