B-1B “Spectre” finds retirement job with 76th EDMX
A B-1B Lancer aircraft, “Spectre,” has its right wing fully extended April 12, 2021 while Airmen from the 76th Aircraft Maintenance Group’s Expeditionary Depot Maintenance Flight at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, prepare to extend the other wing. The wings were extended using a cordless drill, which took approximately five minutes per wing to complete. Moving the wings in flight normally takes about 10 seconds.
