38th CEIG Commander

In a change of command ceremony July 21, 2021, Col. Heather Uhl took command of the 38th Cyberspace Engineering Installation Group. The presiding officer for the ceremony was Col. James Hewitt, 688th Cyberspace Wing commander. Uhl replaced Col. James Trachier.
