Bronze statue of a Tuskegee Airmen on display in the Charles B. Hall Memorial Air Park on Feb. 16, 2017, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The park is named after Hall, a Tuskegee Airman and first African-American to to shoot down an enemy plane. Hall later served at Tinker for many years as a civilian employee. The free public park features aircraft operated or maintained by Tinker AFB over the years and is located near the main entrance to the base with free parking available. (U.S. Air Force photo/Greg L.
