It’s time to give happy! The Combined Federal Campaign is back for 2023. This is the official workplace giving campaign for Federal employees and retirees.

Tinker’s goal is to raise $250,000. The pledge drive, which runs through Jan. 15, allows service members; federal employees; federal and military retirees and federal contractors across the government to contribute to their choice of over 20,000 charities.

“Tinker is the largest federal employer in the state. If each of us gave $10, we could easily surpass our goal," said Chaplain Capt. Martin Lister, a 72nd Air Base Wing chaplain.

In addition to financial contributions, the CFC website shows charities that offer in-person volunteer opportunities, indicated by a raised hand icon next to the charity’s name.

“We want to do our best to care because Tinker cares,” Lister said. “We want to give back and make sure to make an impact in this community and in our world.”

Since its inception, the CFC has raised nearly $8.7 billion for charities and people in need.
