Tinker Frontlines: Meet Airman 1st Class Cody Huff

Airman 1st Class Cody Huff, works air transportation in the 72nd Logistics Readiness Squadron. He has been in the Air Force for two years.

Originally from Frogtown, Virginia, Huff enjoys spending most of his free time fishing at the local ponds, lakes and rivers.

The 72nd LRS manifests, deploys, joint inspects and receives wing/unit cargo and passengers. The squadron ensures the safety of air worthiness while enforcing strict TSA protocols. It also aides in huge humanitarian movements of rice to less fortunate countries. No matter what comes his way, Huff enjoys working any mission where he can get hands-on experience for the job.

Since the onset of COVID-19, Huff has volunteered to be an augmentee for the 72nd Force Support Squadron. During this time he has been cleaning and sanitizing gym equipment when needed. He has also been spotted at the Tinker Commissary checking ID cards to ensure policies are upheld.
