Dr. Will Roper, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for acquisition, technology and logistics and Preston Dunlap, Department of the Air Force chief architect, will host an “Ask Me Anything” live Q&A event, August 25, 2020 from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. about the Advanced Battle Management System. The goal of ABMS is to enable the Air Force and Space Force to operate together and as part of a joint team – connecting sensors, decision makers and weapons through a secure data network enabling rapid decision making and all-domain command and control. Roper to hold live ABMS AMA event Aug. 25

ARLINGTON, Va. (AFNS) --

The live Q&A event will be virtual and open to the public and media. Additionally, this will provide an opportunity for industry partners, the American public, and members of the media to engage directly with Dr. Roper and Mr. Dunlap on all things ABMS - the Department of the Air Force’s top modernization priority.

This event is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m., and will end at 4 p.m.
