New system allows customers to offer feedback electronically Published May 7, 2010 72nd Force Support Squadron Marketing Office TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Make your voice heard with just a click of a mouse. The Interactive Customer Evaluation System automatically forwards customer comment cards to service managers for review and action. The feedback program, also known as ICE, is used to evaluate organizations' quality of service from a customer's perspective. Customers can submit feedback on the bowling center, base library, club, Military Personnel Section, Manpower Personnel Office, Café 3001 and many other 72nd Force Support Squadron facilities. The program gathers customer service data and records customers' satisfaction into several categories including facility appearance, timeliness of service, employee attitude, hours of operation and service expectations. "Surveys are excellent tools to help us improve the services we provide to our customers," said Maj. Isobelle Mahoney, acting 72nd Force Support Squadron director. The direct feedback allows managers to identify and initiate improvements or corrections. Customers can go to the Force Support Web site, www.tinkerservices.com, to rate and indicate their satisfaction with their customer service experience and leave comments expressing their appreciation or offering constructive suggestions for improvement. "The program is easy to use and it allows customers to tell us how well we are doing so we can serve them better or make improvements," said Scott Kelly, Tinker Aramark general manager. Comments can be submitted anonymously; however, customers who fill out the contact information fields can request a response from a service manager. "Customers comments are taken very seriously because we value the time customers take to submit feedback," said Major Mahoney. "Every comment is reviewed and taken into consideration. ICE comments afford our managers the opportunity to address any issues or concerns and help us decide if we need to change what and how we do things." ICE is a survey that can be filled out electronically via the Internet. In three easy steps, the customer can help Force Support to better serve Team Tinker: 1. Log onto www.tinkerservices.com from any computer with Internet service; 2. Click on the ICE logo 3. Select any service provider link to access the customer comment card to submit your comment, suggestion, compliment or concern directly to the appropriate manager for action For those who do not have Internet access, the Tinker Library has computers available for patrons to log on to the Web.
