The award-winning Tinker Air Show returns June 5-6, 2027, welcoming the public back to Tinker Air Force Base for a weekend of aviation excellence.

The show will be a celebration of aviation heritage, military excellence and the enduring partnership between Tinker Air Force Base and the people of Oklahoma.

“This air show is our opportunity to thank the public while showing the missions their support allows us to execute every day,” said Col. Cisco Harris, Tinker Installation and 72nd Air Base Wing commander. "For generations, Oklahomans have not only been part of the workforce, but have also welcomed service members and families who love to call this community their new home,”

The theme of this year’s show is "Generations in Flight," honoring the enduring legacy of service, innovation and sacrifice that has defined military aviation for more than a century as well as the uniformed service members, civilian employees, veterans, retirees and family members whose dedication has strengthened Team Tinker for more than eight decades. From the pioneers who first took to the skies, to the men and women serving today and future generations who will shape tomorrow's force, this theme reflects a continuous commitment to readiness and excellence.

Visitors to the Tinker Air Show can expect a dynamic lineup of aerial demonstrations, military aircraft displays and interactive exhibits that highlight both the history and future of aviation. Through these experiences, guests will gain a greater understanding of how the missions performed at Tinker contribute directly to combat capability and global readiness for the United States Department of War.

From supporting Allied victory during World War II to sustaining aircraft, engines and command-and-control capabilities for modern military operations, Tinker AFB has continually evolved to meet the nation's needs. Today, the installation's military members, civilian professionals, contractors and industry partners work together to ensure the United States remains ready to respond wherever and whenever called upon.
