Wildcatters,

As the year comes to an end and I reflect back on 2014, I'd like to thank each of you for being part of our ABW family.  You made 2014 a very successful year across all of Team Tinker.  Your skill, energy, and commitment powered us through countless challenges and will remain the key to a successful 2015, as we accelerate organizational improvement with cost-effective mission support as our guiding principle.  The direct beneficiary is the American warfighter, and you should be proud of what we do for them every day at Tinker.

Also, as we approach the holiday season and look forward to well-earned down time, please keep safety and Wingmanship in your crosscheck.  The number of household and motor vehicle accidents rises significantly this time of year, so please emphasize the importance of risk management at work, at home, and while traveling.

In addition, please remain vigilant for friends, family members, and co-workers who may experience sadness and depression while many of us are celebrating.  Know your Wingman, and never underestimate your ability to make a difference in someone's life!

As always, please remember our deployed personnel and their families who give so much and ask for little in return.  Their sacrifices continue to secure the freedom we enjoy as Americans.

Once again, thank you for all you do and best wishes for a safe and enjoyable holiday season.  See you in 2015!
