Police Week
During Tinker’s Police Week memorial service May 18 at the base chapel, Master Sgt. Thomas Neely pays respect to law enforcement members who died in 2010. More than 150 people in various areas of law enforcement died last year. The Tinker service included base security forces members reading the names of the fallen, a wreath laying and a featured speaker. Events during the annual Tinker Police Week observance by the 72nd Security Forces Squadron included a reveille, military working dog demonstrations at the Tinker Exchange and a rucksack march, among other events.
