Club washer

Jon Kula watches as Liz Choate washes a club in a new device the Tinker Golf Course has added to make life a little easier for players. The new Pro Washer is akin to a car wash for golf clubs. “By cleaning clubs and freeing the head from caked-on dirt it gives the club a better chance for optimal contact and greater backspin,” Kula said. The Pro Washer, a large green box located on the east side of the pro shop near the practice putting green, is free and simple to use. There is a green button on the front, push that and simply slide club in the washer to the left of the button. The washer can clean the grip end of the club as well.
