  • Q-Anywhere allows 72nd MDG patients to activate new prescriptions via text

The 72nd Medical Group has a new option for getting prescriptions filled at its pharmacy. Dubbed Q-Anywhere, the text-based system allows patients to activate new prescriptions by sending a text. “By not having to commute and wait in the clinic or be placed on hold when attempting to activate the medication via phone, it gives patients the opportunity to use their time elsewhere,” said Capt. Brittney Walker, 72nd Medical Support Squadron chief of clinical pharmacy services. Patients who want to use the system simply have to text the phrase “get in line” to 1-877-460-2335. Prompts will walk the patient through activating the prescription.
